No fee applies for prospectus delivery if you request the prospectus directly from the manager. The following form can be used to get the information necessary to request a prospectus. Use one form per investment although often many investments from the same environment are contained in one prospectus.
In the unlikely event that managers are unable to send propectuses directly to investors, DIOA can send prospectuses to investors anywhere in Australia for a fee of $10 plus $5 per prospectus. For other investors, the fee will be increased to approximately reflect the additional postage. Non Australian investors should note that DIOA does not warrant the acceptance by investment managers of non Australian investors’ applications.
