| DIOA's fees and how they are paid DIOAs fees are:-
DIOAs basic fee income is from ongoing commissions of the investments that investors make under its sponsorship. This is paid by the investment managers to DIOA. Note that, generally, managers' charges on your investment are the same regardless of whether DIOA receives ongoing commissions. So DIOA's service costs you not one cent. If you invest in wholesale investments, no ongoing commission is paid so DIOA gets absolutely nothing from your investment. Nor, generally is there any initial commision for you to save. However, wholesale investments are shown on the site to give a complete service. DIOA's quick prospectus ordering system does not distinguish between wholesale and retail investments so you must use the refined prospectus ordering system to get these prospectuses or emailing the managers direct to get prospectuses sent to you. If you select wholesale investments from the site, perhaps you could consider acknowledging DIOA's help to you by spreading the word. Where insurances or annuities are arranged through DIOA, commission payments to DIOA are one quarter of normal commissions. DIOA seeks to have any initial commissions applied as additional investments for the investor. If this can be done, as is mostly the case, DIOA waives entirely its initial commission. You get minimum cost entry. To the extent this is not possible, initial commissions are payable to DIOAs
trust account by the fund manager from your investment. If these commissions are
less than $22 above the commission handling fee, they are paid from the trust account to
DIOA. If they are more than $22 above the commission handling fee, all but the
commission handling fee is paid to you. The rebate handling fee is paid from the
trust account to DIOA. ** Please Note
