We are required by law to ensure that our clients have a current copy of our Financial Services Guide (FSG). The purpose of the FSG is to provide information to assist you decide whether to use our services. It contains information about our services, how we are paid and the procedures we follow to properly deal with complaints made against us.

Through this website you can obtain historical performance information and ratings about a wide range of financial products. We do not provide advice or recommend any financial products to you. You can also obtain Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) for those investments. The PDS sets out important information you should consider when deciding to acquire a product, including the benefits, risks, costs and other features of the financial product.

Japhener Pty Ltd trading as Discount Investment Originators of Australasia is authorised to provide advice and deal in relation to a wide range of financial products. Through this website we provide the opportunity to invest with reduced commissions in a wide range of investment funds and insurance products.

You can access or obtain Product Disclosure Statements, prospectuses and other offer documents relating to a wide range of investment funds and insurance products. We also provide access to ratings information prepared by Morningstar.

Our primary source of income is in the form of on-going commissions paid by fund managers. These generally range from nil to 0.5% per annum of the on-going value of your investments placed through this website.

On products that rebate initial commissions and pay on-going commissions we rebate all initial commissions and retain on-going commissions.

On products that rebate initial commissions but pay no on-going commissions, we rebate three quarters of the standard initial commission and retain the balance.

On products that neither rebate initial commissions nor pay ongoing commissions, we retain $55 plus 10% of the commission received and pay the balance of the commission to you.

On insurance products that have no initial commissions but adjust premiums to reflect commission rebates, we receive  one quarter of the standard commission.

We do not offer any personal advice or recommendations through this website.

However we separately offer a full service fee based financial planning service.
